Dooley second in 602 Sportsman competition at Senoia Raceway

Fresh off his $3,000 Crate Racin' USA victory at the track, Matt Dooley made the trip to Senoia (Ga.) Raceway to compete in the 602 Sportsman division on Saturday afternoon.

Topping the charts in qualifying, Dooley started the 20-lap main event from the front-row and hounded race-long leader Payton Stevenson on a late restart but ultimately settled for second.
